Joining us for this special episode will be David Reid, Senior Director of Medicare Member Experience at Florida Blue.

David is accountable for working cross-functionally to develop customer-centric strategies that deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences for Medicare members to drive satisfaction and retention while achieving and maintaining high performance on related CAHPS and administrative Star measures.

David is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with a background in risk management and internal auditing, process improvement, operations management, regulatory/accreditation compliance, systems development, and database administration.
