Talking CAHPS: The HOS Edition

With Health Outcomes Surveys deploying in three months, we’ve uncovered some really interesting data that highlight the importance of having a tactical HOS improvement strategy in place.

At the end of the day, HOS measures are not stand-alone concepts. Health status and health-seeking behavior influence the performance of other measures. Responses to HOS surveys are heavily correlated with a member’s likelihood to rate negatively on the CAHPS survey, their utilization risk, HEDIS behavior, medication adherence behavior, and more.

Learn About:

  • The current and future impact of HOS on our Star scores and our thoughts around general market outlook
  • The member-level insights we have uncovered that show us what these individuals who respond unfavorably to the survey look like and how they move throughout the world
  • How to identify members within your population likely to report declining health outcomes, have falls or bladder control issues, and if they’re likely to manage those issues on their own and the recommended actions to take when engaging with these members as we prepare for the survey’s launch in July
